We visit this place regularly and so far there wasn't a single problem. Food is always tasty, well done, waitresses are nice.

We had here two burgers. They were quite ok, but not perfect, buns were tasty. Fries were also standard quality, same was the non-alcoholic drink. But due to the very slow service (we were there between half past two and four) I cannot give more then 2 stars. Also unexpected 10 CZK for couvert isn't appropriate. I was in different restaurants and either they were offering some extra buns, etc. or they weren't charging for a bottle of ketchup, spicy souce, vinegar and s&p.
Fantastic food, lovely friendly staff and good pricing, I'll definitely go back again
