They are customer oriented. Nice approach and very good services. You can find everything you need and the schedule is good too.

It's really good place for shopping. Calm shop. Lots of place. My favourite place to shop for my animals.
Good selection of wide variety of pet food, little pets as well. You can get all the important equipment. Staff is very helpful, you can tell they want your, and and the other pets, to be spoiled. Do not expect any specialities, here you get mostly the mainstream goods. But they have a huge storage just behind the store and can order almost anything for you. The order then usually takes one work day. It is conveniently located just in front of the tram station, bus stops just round the corner and you can park your car just behind the store, few meters from entrance. All in all, it's definitely worth trying
A nice shop with big variety of goods, very helpful and friendly staff. What they don't currently have, they are willing to immediately order.
Great. You can find anyhting there for your pet. Great for rodents, birds, snakes, cats, dogs, fish. Prices are normal
Lots of variety but the cashier didn't get me my bag of food. Had to get it my self from the bottom of a pile of 10 bags.
