Unbelievable!!! I arrived to the train at time and the train was 10 than 20 minutes late and than 2 hours! I have a meeting that I’m going to miss. You know what? It can happen but now this- they have a place in a train 1 hour later but no standard place free - so they forced me to buy business ticket instead of taking the responsibility and upgrade my ticket for the same price. You guy did the mistake not me. I’m not sure what is it more - funny Or ridicules.
Nice place to wait for your regiojet train. Free coffee and water. Way ahead of the slovak national railways despite regiojet is cheaper.
Cheap ticket, free comfy lounge... Something doesn't add up here. But it's great, excellent tho.
Helpful staff, great customer service and extremely punctual buses. If the bus is late you automatically get refunded an amount as per their policies. Overall great experience.

Modern& well equipped trains that even have compartments ( not too many of those still around unfortunately ), onboard service is unexpectedly luxurious, AND all of that for ticket prices reliably smaller than the regulars (ČD, ÖBB, MAV etc)?! Really happy they're around...
