Unable, not helpful staff. Mostly in Czech language. Not recommendable. - the communication in English was unclear with the woman at the counter - I booked the tour without audio guide. I got several badly printed sheets of paper where all the information were written. For my surprise the tour guide explained everything in Czech language to the other visitors but I should read everything from the papers! And we all paid the same price! How unfair!! - inside the labyrinth it's quite dark. So it's hard to read the sheets of the English information At least I got the entrance fee refunded. In total not recommendable.

This is a chance to go under the cabbage market square and explore what used to be a specialised storage space for the market holders. The guide is really only there to take you down into the tunnels and guide you through. You’re actually given an audio guide for information about the different parts of the tunnels, how each section was used etc. At each station in the tunnels, the guide lets you know which number on the audio guide to use. There even used to be a tavern underground. Apart from the guide being clearly bored by his job, I found the tour quite interesting simply because I’d never come across such a use. If you’ve never been down tunnels and unused to the dark, then I think you’re in for a double treat.

This morning we did the tour. We we're the first of the day. Friendly guide. Nice tour. I thought it was bigger, didn't know we passed al the stairs.

It's fun, interesting and worth the visit. But I honestly thought it will be much more than this. Also, there is no guide who can explain things in English, but you get to use a device that almost explains the same things in your own language. The problem is sometimes the tour guide is showing something in person which you won't understand a thing. Since it's not with the same page as your device. Other than that, it was really fun.

Please like if you find this review helpful! went there on our day trip to Brno and thoroughly enjoyed it ! Took the 5,30 tour on a Friday in January, ticket price is 160czh which is about 6.50. we were two people, and there was only two others on the tour with us. We were given an audio guide in English which was good! There was a human guide who brought us through the labyrinth and told us what number on the audio guide to press. The tour lasted 1 hour! Great way to spend an hour in Brno! The labyrinth enterance is beside the hotel in the main square beside the old tower (would def recommend) and it's goes all under the square and the exit is at the top of the square. It's quite interesting and we really enjoyed it ! The labyrinth was renovated in 2009 I think and was done really well. Would definitely recommend! Only thing that would have made it better is if the tour was given by a person in English instead of audio guide!? Not a big deal though.

A system of cellars evolved during decades or hundreds of years for different purposes. There are exhibitions and audio guide about many aspects of medieval Brno.

Very interesting place and good experience! You can get down to the labyrinth with a guided tour. I was the only person on the tour who couldn't understand Czech but the guide was super nice and made me feel welcome by telling the numbers I need to listen to from the machine and telling some details to me in English on the side of his Czech tour.

So so. The guides only function is to tell you, 'This is no. 1'. 'This is no. 2'. 15 English tourists, 3 Czech, yet she spoke only in Czech. So not really a 'guided' tour. Done in 20mins.
