Czech food with modern touch Brno is a very beautiful city and has some delicious food, great beer and wine too, we tasted some delicious food at Restaurant Pavillon, during our one day stay in Brno Czech Republic. Where to eat in Brno, what to eat in Brno, things to do in Brno are some of the question that we had before visiting this beautiful city. After a bit of research International Foodie Guide decided to eat Czech food with modern touch at restaurant Pavillon, the food was complimented with wine from their Moravian region. We visit this very nice restaurant we a couple of my friends. The service was fast and very professional. The food was really tasty and nicely balanced. We had a svickova some pumpkin soup the pork cheeks and some mushrooms. The complimentary starter which was tuna tartare was also very well balanced. The atmosphere was really nice and quiet with some tasty music. The design of the place it’s nice but doesn’t have something to make it stand out. In conclusion I would recommend you to visit as the food is very good and matched the price which is not always the case in fine dining.
A very good and fancy restaurant. The food is delicious and served in a very aesthetically beautiful. The personnel has good manners and speaks both Czech and English languages. All small things made my visit there even more comfortable and pleasant.

Great, mordern Steak-House! At first I have to say that the service is great, they spoke english and have an english menu. So it was easy to order. Great knowledge about the food and wine they are serving. The quality of the Food is awesome. My starter was a dish with baked prawns. Really tasty! The Main-Course was a 400g Rib-Eye Steak. I ordered Medium-Rare and it was served perfect. I can recommend the side-dishes. My favourite is the avocado and parmesan-corn. Great! We've been two persons and ordered 2 starter, 1 steak and 2 beers and paid around 1300czk. I ate enogh for two days
Expensive, medium food. The service was so-so (forgot the beer we ordered), only had 2 kinds of beers (one is Pilsner in a bottle) and the food itself wasn't exciting. Others have enjoyed their meal though, so 3 stars overall. I've had the risotto, which was plain boring taste-wise and the beef, which I've had to pour quite a bit of sauce to get some taste over the standard meat it actually was. For some odd reason, the restaurant was very hot, which wasn't a very pleasant experience.
Great service and attentivity. Maybe we didn't try the best dishes and I believe the restaurant is definitely a good option. Amongst others, we ordered the steak with foie gras. The steak was tough even though it was cooked nicely at medium rare. Their rabbit with lentils was very well cooked.
