I had lived there for many years when I was a student. I can say this is the best university dormitory in Brno. Very clean and well kept. For older and higher year students there are single studios or rooms available but you have to be in the waiting list . I really like the ladies at the accomodation office and I really miss them, they are so kind hearted and helpful . For the first years you will get a bed in a shared double room , sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 3 students in total. You will get a cleaning lady that will keep the bathroom and kitchen clean for you, they are also very kind so please be considerate. There is a spacious study room... Topas bar next to it... Park Kravi hora 5min walk( it's beautiful ) . in the rooms you will have a bed , desk , chair, lamp and some shelves . you need to bring your own kitchen stuff . It's very safe because there is a receptionist available 24/7 ( hmmm usually oldies ... But there is one man that is younger and very kind and helpful and he speaks English so I hope you get him... There is also one redhead lady she is very very helpful and kind too) I'm running out of words now oh yes there is also a common laundry with 4 washers... They're quite old so make sure you wash your delicate clothing by hand not those saying from experience Oh and the receptionists have eyes of a tiger! very nice rooms. beautiful place. but there is no wifi, only a internet cabel in each room, so you need to buy some router.

Místo, kam se rád vracím. Díky své pohnuté historii má okolí Kounicových kolejí zvláštní atmosféru.
Pekne miesto na oddych s históriou. Dobre zabezpečenie vstupu. Študenti v bezpečí.
