My wife ordered a bunch of flower of 1700 kc for our friend. We ordered the express service for fast delivery in 60 min (and still we asked for deliver 4 hours later. Despite the fact that they had some issue with the payment (and we managed to do the payment 2.5 hours beforedelivery and before 7pm as they request with another card accepted by them), and our bank blocked the amount and did the payment and of course we had the proof of the bank statement - they still didn't delivered the flowers and didn't contact us to inform us that they are not going to deliver until they see the money into their bank account (whenever their bank will do it )- which is absurd. Moreover, we called them the next day enforcing the delivery anyways, but their customer service was awful and the only thing they did was to blame us that it was our fault that the money hadn't got into their account instantly. So instead of giving them another chance, we eventually canceled our order. Really disappointing.

Always great result when ordering here. No complaints after several buys. Only the time of delivery can be off with a few hours, usually too early.

I have used their services before and it was good. But this time I am very disappointed in the roses that were delivered. There was suppose to be 7 roses but the delivery was made with 5 roses and 2 of those looked like they were dying. They didn't seem fresh at all compared to the 1st time I used their service, almost a year ago. I sent them an email and they didn't even care about trying to fix the mistake, offer to deliver proper ones or even provide a coupon to be used on another time. Apart from the roses, they printed the message/note in a very cheap small piece of paper that looks like it must've been printed from the POS register machine. I understand that faults happen in any given business, but they should've at least try to fix it. Here's why I gave 2 stars out of 5: - Bad product quality. - Very bad customer service. - Expensive for what you get vs. what's been advertised.

The flowers were fresh and in a good condition as well.
