Very bad experience today. First ride after snowing, track full of snow and water and service staff was very rude to 10y old boy bringing wet bobsleigh back. To our question how to bring back dry one in such snow conditions stupid reaction followed- dont put snowballs inside. Very smart to think there is time and space to take snow from outside and put under your body. Be carreful when visit during worse weather conditions, operator do not consider potential consequences.
