Last week we went to the three star restaurant MG Bierhaus in Havířov. Situated in the city centrum, right next to the square and around 50 meters from the closest bus stop, it is located fairly well. As soon as we got inside the actual restaurant, we were greeted by a nice calming, maybe even somewhat soothing atmosphere. In exception of the ceiling colored in all shades of the rainbow, everything is in the theme of black, white and red. The first impression provided by the staff was actually very nice, as they actually took their time with presenting the daily menu and straight up telling us they had ran out of one of the meals. In the restaurant, there are two menus, one of them is daily and the other one is just a the basic menu with all the meals and a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and a many beers on tap, it's a beerhouse after all. When taking a closer look at the daily menu, I have noticed that they they have a selection that consists of two soups and five completely different meals every day. Which is actually quite a lot and I am not afraid to say pretty much anyone can find something they like. Unfortunately, there wasn't any sort of couvert, but it didn't matter at all, as we got our food really qickly after ordering. As soon as I got my food served I have noticed that the portions were enormously big and the ingredients used clearly weren't the best. On the other hand, the flavors were playful and overally better than I expected for a three star restaurant. In general, it was a very pleasant experience and I myself would recommend you to stop by if you have the opportunity.

Po dvou letech jsem se nechala přemluvit a opět zavírala do MG baru. Opět mě nic nezklamalo, obsluha naprosto katastrofální, kvalita drinku - konkrétně cosmopolitanu na úrovni bodu mrazu. Slečna mi přinesla drink v martini sklenicce, chutnajici po jahodach, prekyselena limetkovym minimem. Led a protrepani v shakeru drink neviděl ani z rychlíku. Pro upřesnění mě kritiky, pracuji 14let v baru, takže si dovoluji hodnotit. Co se tyče cepovani piva, si slečny zřejmě neuvedomily, ze na ne jde z prave strany vidět, A přelívaní piva te sklenice do sklenice není úplně ideál. Ve finále na stůl dostanete pivo které je několikrát prelito, pěnu má velkou asi 0,5 Cm (a to prehanim) . Za mě opět a zase obrovské zklamání! Je smutné, ze tak hezky bar oplývá tak neschopnou obsluhou. Díky moc
Jeden z nejlepších podniků v Havířově dáte si zde pivko pizzu i jídlo z menu, okouzlí Vás nejen usměvavá ochotná obsluha ale ani ceny nejsou nejhorší
