This apartment was just what I needed for this visit to Prague. But if I was to stay for a longer trip I would suggest the host to put in a washer and make the place a bit more cosy. But for that specific trip there it was perfect, just one night. I was close to the main square, good shopping on a main street. Parking nearby.

We booked the DUPLEX APPARTMENT for 4 nights. The photos looked great and the rooftop terrace seemed to justify that it was round about twice the price of a normal appartment in the building. However: We could not enjoy our stay there. The terrace smelled of fried duck and rancid fat all day (and night). You also cannot open the windows because then the smell gets into your clothes. So terrace and balcony were not usable to us. How come? Well, the ventilation pipe from the restaurant in the ground level ends 20 cm next to the roof top terrace. And their specialty is duck liver… So that’s why. I know, all this sound overly dramatic, but it is true. We consulted the manager. He wrote that nobody ever had complained before (not true, see google.com and booking.com reviews) and also told us that, duh, the pipes just had to end somewhere… In his opinion the price still was justified and very competitive. I had to disagree. He did not offer a refund, because refunds would in general be a problem for him… I wonder why… He offered one extra night for free and that I could come back sometime for a low price, if I contacted him directly… Both options seemed very unattractive to me.
The apartment is big, quiet and beautiful. It is located in the center of prague but in a peaceful street. We had more then we could wish for and the service and contact man always answered fast and with quick solutions. we could not be any more pleased.
Very clean place to stay. Perfect location. Highly recommended. The host was very hospitable and helped us get into the room even when i left keys inside. It was close to every nice place. Just few minutes walk to the bridge and castle. Right in middle of old town. Clean room. Easy access. Nice staff. So 10/10 for everything.
Very cosy apartments close to everything. Clean, spacy, etc... Try not to book a room on the first floor, there is some noise at night from the bar below. Very nice restaurant/coffee bar next-door!!!!
Very nice apartments for a very reasonable price, it is also really close to the old Town square and in a really nice location. I do have 2 complaints, if your room is on the 1st floor you could have some noise from the Hangar bar in the evening, the matrasses were also pretty hard. The couch is also a bed with sheets underneath it.
