Worst experience. One of the sales people was so disrespectful that made left the store. Teach them how to treat customers properly.
The guy named Tomaš in the men’s department is the rudest person I’ve seen in my life...He had the guts to scream at me when I was trying to learn their policy on changing the shoes I bought...and also when I called later to talk to his manager, the men’s department manager Mr. Jakub said he will deal with the problem and let me know. I waited more than 3 months but he didn’t have the courtesy to call me back... The worst service ever...They have no idea how to treat Prada customers...I don’t remember that I got screamed at in another store in my life except this one!!!
