Excellent river cruise. We went on the Devils Canal trip. The boat was small and electric powered - so very quiet and smooth. The captain, Vojta was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. His stories helped to being the city to life. Thoroughly recommended!

Was nice and enjoyable. I truly recommend.
Service was rough at best. Upon boarding I tried to order drinks and was told to wait 5 mins and they'd take my order. 25 mins later I tried to order again only to be told to wait. Finally at the 30 min mark I had my first drink. Service was only provided as advertised at the end to clean up so they could have us disembark asap to load the next group of people. Fun ride, great sights, horrible service!
Tried to book group trip based on previous great 1st ride. I specified the number of guests and the barrier free ship. Ship was OK, but 3 pretty big steps from the ship to the pier were a big downfall. Also the guide is not pinpoint accurate. View from the river is saving the whole trip.
We chose the devil's channel cruise and because the usual boat was broken we ended up having an upgrade to their luxury boat . The guide was very good, friendly and informative and you could tell he had passion for Prague and his country. The cruise lasted around an hour and cost 390k so very good value. There are no toilets onboard as it's only a small boat. The other cruises on the larger boats have toilet facilities. We learned that the strange wooden structures along the river are to break up ice stop it damaging the bridges during the colder months. The guide explained about the bridges, statues, and various buildings along the river. We had an amazing day and would highly recommend this based on our experience.
We had the Dinner cruise and it was really nice. The food was good especially the goulash. The service was nice. Would do it again! Worth the price.

We had an awesome Devil's Channel Tour on the boat Elektronemo with Lenka as capitain. We enjoyed the boat trip and got a lots of information about the prague. Lenka did a lovely job! Thank you.
