We are a special needs travel camp out of the US- Umbrella Holiday provided tour buses for us on a teen travel trip to Czech and we fell in love with the company! Last summer they planned a 19 day tour through Europe (London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam) for our group of 38 and we loved every minute of it! The staff are courteous, understanding, and have wonderful patience with our special group. Their coaches are top of the line with safe reliable drivers! We enjoy working with them so much they are planning another 19 day tour to Greece and Italy for us- we will be working with Umbrella Holiday for many years to come because of the professional quality service they provide! Highly recommend weather you need a bus or vacation planning- they can do it all with a personal touch that makes you feel like family.

Excellent and reliable service provided during the difficult time of the Covid-19 pandemic. Umbrella Holiday was one of the very few possibilities to reunite our family after a prolonged absence of one of us. From the beginning we received great support, professional advice and expert treatment. The van arrived perfectly on time, both drivers were highly professional and helpful and made the journey an easy-going experience, which was more than welcome after a rather traumatic time period. We have arranged a repatriation drive back to the Czech Republic. Everything was great the driver was very friendly and helpful and it seemed that the 8 hour drive took just 4 hours. Really a great company with great customer service. Definitively recommend to anyone who is looking for private transfer services. Thank you Umbrella!
I'm very happy with Umbrella Holidays. I booked a repatriation car from Frankfurt to Prague. They took care of my paperwork that the government required. My driver was on time, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
