Had an amazing experience in this place. Shows that untouched nature is one of the best experiences one could ever have

A nice walk along the prales, it is not allowed to walk into it. It seems like the place is not really taken care of. The fence is broken on many places. Also many trees on the not-prales side of the road are taken down. It’s not what it used to be.

Distance from Kubova Huť 5km. A slope 300m. Pretty good challenge for our 4 years old sweet girl. She did it.

Somehow i can’t make a review for hornì vltavice or the campingplace. So i do it for the Boubin. Beautiful hiking area, the whole area is perfect for hiking and cycling. Flower meadows i’ve didn’t see a while in germany. Campingplace, amazing as it was 30 years ago! Camping close to the moldau, with your own place for a fire, Pilsner is available at the reception. I hope they refresh the sanitation a bit, but beside that it’s a beautiful place!

Many trees chopped, few years ago it was much nicer. Information centre is great.

Iam not sure why the place is still called what it is calle. The fenced area bears all marks of the man managed reservation (cut trees, all the fencing, relatively small area left to the nature and forest themselves). The number of visitors most probably does not help the spirit either. I am sorry, all the books and stories of the unspoiled piece of forest left to its own destiny - do not correspond to what is left there. Any unspoiled forest in the country can deliver the same effect.
