Had a big dilema if to give a 3 star or 4. Some things are really positive such as the wellness part, the pool, the sauna... Late checkout for free till 14.00, But the maintanance is below 3 stars. We had fungus on the wall, and the next day they cleaned it, but I think the room cannot be rented with this problem. No compensation.

Please read carefully before booking. If the following is going to help you deciding wether to book or not, please like, so that others will automatically see this post too. Let‘s start with positive things: 1. a lot of parking spots 2. very nice green area and golf course 3. friendly employees 4. breakfast was okay, but really nothing special. 5. Got a deposit, because of corona Why our stay had nothing to do with relaxing: 1. no water the entire second day! You can not go to the pool or sauna or on toilette. You can imagine how the public toiletts were looking like since you could not flush 2. a really bad smell (like burned plastic) flow through the room, if you opened the window 3. Deposit: if the new booking is below the old price, you do not get the rest of the money. If the new booking is above old price, you have to pay the difference. Mhm really!? 4. the ac was not working 5. many small things were broken in our room Arising room problem: You can not sleep at night. It is very hot and you can not open the window. We slept that night around 4 hours. The remaining time we were walking outside the hotel. The reception said they can not do anything, so i asked for another room the next day, which i also got. The second room was pretty nice and we had a very good night. Nethertheless our second day was pretty bad, because we were really tired and had no water. Lastly, at check out, they charged us first the new room and twice the massage. Yep, this is summarizing pretty good the stay. They didn’t offer any compensation like price reduction. At the end we paid only the one massage we actually booked, but still: I dont want to get fooled in a four stars hotel. I want to be sure that everything is correct. Conclusion: I am not coming back and I would not recommend this hotel, but still they offer a very nice area to play golf.
- waiters obstructing you from seeing the menu, selling stuff that is not on the menu (wine by glass) - in case of a golf tournament taking place you are prevented from sitting outside at the restaurant - dinner so bad we had to get a refund (but were left hungry) - sunday 8:40 am no hot water in the shower - two stars for lovely rooms and spa
Great hotel. Not that far from the city Karlovy Vary. You would be able to find a restaurant with good quality. Also , there is gold here and spa. The rooms are satisfactory for this type of price.
Everything is fine around here, but I don't feel at ease around here. Maybe it is because I have a great memories of this venue from many years ago and now with hte new setup I cannot get used to it. It is all professional, sometimes professionally improvising, but not the old atmosphere...
Very nice facilities, everything went smoothly. Food could be better though. Overall a very good experience.
Good Hotel for Hollidays with car
Great hotel and Gary Player designed golf course definitely worth a visit the course is an absolute gem with a river winding through it very tricky to play but absolutely brilliant the hotel is quite small but very nice and all of the staff are great and very friendly and the countryside around the course and hotel is completely unspoilt and beautiful
