Nice room. Great location. No air conditionning. Very poor service. Terrible breakfast. Staff speaks terrible English, you would expect an international hotel to be able to cater to their guests better. I would not recommend. Go somewhere else.

My aunt spent two weeks in this hotel in the beginning of february. On her behalf i post this review: I will definitely return to the restaurant of the Hotel "Kolonada" in Karlovy Vary, not only because it has an is excellent cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. Here works the highly professional waiter Stepan Sochinckyi. He not only remembers all your requests and instantly fulfills them, but he also remembers your name and your gastronomic preferences. Stepan is not only glad to see you, he really helps. Nothing escapes his attention: he will not only notice that you are unwell, but will also bring the most tender chicken fillet instead of the rashly ordered fried carp. His kindness is enough for everyone and even at the end of dinner no one saw him tired. All clients at the table nr 112 of the Colonnada restaurant, in the first half of February 2020, are very grateful to Stepan.
The location is great. This is possibly a single advantage of this hotel. The superior double room was just regular with old furniture. The food is not tasty. The admin personal is trying to take money. In my case we found some unexpected payments that took a lot of energy to settle. In some cases I found that the admin personal is just lying and as result it was even harder to defend myself. I will not come here again for sure.
I love this hotel café. The staff is supersweet, competent and friendly. Nice atmosphere near river and reasonable prices. Each year I had good experience only.

Были 6 дней. Процедуры хорошие, при желании можно менять. Были в аппартаментах. Очень понравилось. Приедим ещё именно в этот отель. Единственный минус... нет десерта... для слодкоежки как я это прям проблема... но рядом есть кафешка с тортиками...
Перебувала в колонаді рік тому, начебто все добре:кухня мені сподобалась, а особливо різдвяна вечеря- дух піднесення витав у святково прикрашеному залі, сервіровці настрою офіціянтів-відчувалось свято і я щиро вдячна за ці приємні спогади. Однак холодна вода в басейні далася взнаки -застудилась. Але завдяки прекрасному лікарю Румянцеву С.В.який приписав такі ліки від простуди про які я не знала, але з тих пір користуюсь постійно-і це не антибіотик. Дякую, Сергію Віталійовичу.
