We had a nice stay here over last week. Only thing that I didn't like was the dinner in evening. I'm vegetarian and chefs have no skills to cook vegetarian meal considering its a 4 star hotel, its a shame.. everything else was great. Breakfast, rooms, cleaning services, staff, spa facilities etc. Will visit there again.. overall we enjoyed our time here. Thank you to whole team there.

Very good hotel for loosing weight and relax. Spacious rooms and perfect location. Massage should improve!
It's just ok. But not wow. They charge for anything for kettle, for iron... I think hotels that respect themselves will provide all this free. Pillows are so uncomfortable. The only positive thing is that the bathroom floor has heating system.
Very comercial, Mony maker with out personal attachion. Making all the possible tricks not to serve you properly. Ex: They suppose to have a reseptionist At the SPA.the poor lady have another work to do and she can't be at the reseption desk to resive the new clients.. many of us lost the service we pay simply because when she finish her other duties and come to attand the clients at her dask, it's already too late and we lose our paid services... Too bad room cleaning service, man mast call them several time to clean the room. Food at the Buffet is hardly 3 stars... Conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDED @ ALL!!
Took the daily menu for which we had to wait for 1 hour, while they served other customers they did not accept payment by card but it was not mention on the list . Think they took us for tourists but we live in KV and I don't intend to go back there Bohuzel...
Great hotel with nice big and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good location. Good food below. Clean! The staff good. The lady Suzana from the recepcion just the best host in the world! Anything you need in any moment on every language ! I wish she works in the hotel I do! Thank you a lot! See you!
The room is spacious but the pillows were extremely horrible and old. They don't have one big bed. Two single matress under one sheet which is painful and stupid. The reception was fine and the staff try to help. Breakfast is ok. The spa is horrible. No one there to help. No sheets and towels are available regularly. So you have to wait till someone bring them. Staff were rude and horrible. A couple get into the sauna and there was no sheets so when one of the staff came to clean the floor she shouted at them. There is only a few seats in the spa.
