Great start with an exceptional finish (Brilliant Pancake) 1. There are many selections of appetizers and they all have unique taste. More importantly, it is free !!! 2. The soups are great, though it is really hard to screw up a mushroom cream soup and onion cheese soup. Nevertheless, both of them are rich in flavor and seasoned properly. 3. I really like the main course because it is pretty special, we ordered reindeer and birds, though it is a first time to us, we loving it. (Though the reindeer has lots of bone) 4. As I said, it ends with a brilliant finish, and this is definitely a must try and it is the pancake ! The waiter will cook it in front of you and when you just smell the pancake, your saliva could definitely not able to resist the temptation. PANCAKE IS WONDERFUL 5. Exceptional service, I have never been to a restaurant that a waiter knows how to cook.

I had a beautiful experience at the Promenada restaurant during my stay at the hotel. The staff apparently did not have a record of our reservation but this was not an issue as we were seated politely without a hiccup. The excellent service continued throughout the meal with the knowledgeable waiters offering polite and friendly suggestions throughout the experience. The food and wine we had was sublime and good value for a Western European tourist. Pleasantly surprised by the Czech wine also wish is served in generous 1/4 litre portions which is enough volume to try a couple but cheap enough not to put too much of a dent in the wallet.
We loved it! We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. The food was of very high quality and multiple dishes were partially prepared in front of the quests. The waiter took the time for his quests and when my wife mentioned that she was pregnant he was really thinking along.
A very good restaurant, highest class of service, great food in terms of quality of ingredients, flavor combinations, proportions, plating, waiting times. Starters were picked from a selection of different small cold starters on a tray. I had the dairy fatling for main and it was beautiful with hint of cumin and bayleaf, as was my wife's halibut with basil mousse. For dessert we went for the homemade sorbet, combined Peppermint, basil and grapefruit. Dear lord it was so good together. All in all with wine for both around 110 eur, total bargain.
The best food in Karlovy Vary! We ordered Fuagra, rabbit and crepes suzette. Everything was super delicious but Fuagra was the best. The service was very professional as well. We liked everything about this restaurant.
An amazing service, the food was delicious. We felt well entertained with the preparation of the crepe royal (see pics). Price is on the expensive side for the town, but it's worth every cent. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel right in the center, excellent food and service.
The dishes we have ordered were delicious and nicely decorated. However the time between one course to the next was not ideal. We got the soup before we finished the cold dish and had wait long time for the main course.
