It took us a while to find it, since google led us to a different (but close) location. Just look up St. Luke’s church in Karlovy Vary, that’s the place. The church itself is a beautiful Anglican Church with a little yard and the museum is inside. It’s not exactly a massive exhibition but wonderfully bizarre and well worth the 6 entrance (less for kids). There’s a small mirror cabinet as well and a very strange but funny collection of wax figurines. We enjoyed our visit a lot and would certainly come back some day.
