Nobody speaks English, not even in the tourist office of the hotel! We also failed to get information from the receptionist! Perfect Czech, that was all!

The worst hotel ever, the smell inside the rooms are terriable like someone smoked inside. The only advantage is the location. Try to avoid this hotel.
Over priced, staff mainly speak Russian and German. English is a struggle when trying to communicate so get prepared to have Google translate handy with you. No room service, no porter service. All staff around the hotel that are linked to the Spa or medical treatment are rude and not helpful. The Hotel location is perfect and that's really about it. No air-conditioning so if you visit in summer I guess you may need to consider that when planning to stay here. Rooms are average, beds are 2 single beds put together to make it one big bed. Dont expect a view from your window. If your looking for a place just to sleep, then that's all it's good for. The price you pay for as they claim 4 stars you would expect much more. I would rate this hotel a 1 star only and the potential is there but it's clear it wont reach its potential if its kept the way it is. Simple request like drinking water is a trip you need to take to the reception and get it yourself, oh and make sure Google translate is with you. Oh yeah, no kettel or complimentary drinks like coffee or tea. So bring your own or head down to a cafe for that.
Well located between commercial street and oldtown. Staff in health care center can barely speak English. Russian and Germany words helps a lot. Only 1 or 2 hot dishes are changed daily, no change for the rest. Bit boring after 3days. No swimming pool available. Sauna close at 10pm and no towel if you go to sauna late. Wonder where come from their 4stars.

Super. Персонал очень вежливый. Питание с большим ассортиментом, комнаты очень чистые. Процедуры проходят в подвальном помещении, но все очень удобно и чисто. Я очень довольна.
Hotel se nachází přímo na začátku lázeňské kolonády. Po vstupu hlavním vchodem zjistíte, že recepce hotelu je až na konci chodby a hlavní prostor haly je nákupní pasáž. Na pokoji jsme měli malé mušky kolem oken, ale po nahlášení na recepci byly odstraněny. Pokoj vizuálně vypadá velmi dobře. Velkým minusem byla teplá voda v koupelně. Musíte nechat asi 3 minuty odtéct, aby začala téct. I během sprchování se stalo, že teplá přestala téct.
