A different type of relaxing spa and authentic to Karlovy Vary and its history of thermal mineral springs. Definitely worth a visit if your looking for something unique to the region. Great for recharging the batteries after a long journey.

The bath has a pool for more people, plus separate rooms for treatments. Nice sauna and Turkish bath. The water is really thermal. Anyhow too expensive for the offered value. Practically for 2 hours there is only sitting in the bath or in saunas. I have seen much better baths in Germany. What I see better here is that costumes are must for sauna.
Had a weekend package in here. Three hours program for two days, it was a great experience. It was first time to have a oxygen therapy and water massage. Building is beautiful and you can drink a mineral water there. I would give only four stars cause price can be a bit cheaper and I want something like a warmer thermal bath!
I have been to spas and hot springs in Japan, Germany, Hungary, the US and more and this is a very very good establishment even with the standard wellness plan at 800 czk for two hours. Very clean, friendly staff that explains things in English at the reception, beautiful building and installations. Some services are extra if you want to go extra fancy! I loved it. Would definitely come again. Do not believe the bad reviews left by other people.
Perfect place to relax for adults without kids. We enjoyed it and we recommend
Wonderful place. Good quality, clean, professional, multilingual. Very relaxing.
Original Karlovy Vary spa, the only public thermal spa in the town it seems. Very good service in a historic building. Natural mineral rock can be seen in the walls inside (a nice touch). Nice thermal pool for relaxing. Would recommend.
EDIT 3 October: In this case, and after your reply, you shouldn't offer massage to non-medical cases and propose it as elaxation\ massage. For the mineral water, better to \educate\ the receptionist or people attending there to \teach\ visitors about it. And again, I've been to several water springs and it was warm enough to be surprised of the \cold\ (or not that cold as you said) at your place. N.B. have i included enough parentheses the same as \yours\? :) ----- it wasn't the best experience. the mineral bath water was cold and not warm (or hot) as expected and used to, lacking a couple massage treatment, and the massage we had was very basic and the lady did was so quick and not professional at all. felt like a medical centre than a relaxing spa and would definitely avoid in the future. better to book a hotel with spa/massage instead.
