I have never experienced such a great aviation museum for free. It is unbelievable with extremely special unique military airplanes and helicopters. Hard to believe that it is free; that’s why it’s a must go for every tourist in Prague. Free parking and also easy to reach with busses. The planes exponated are from beginning of aviation in the earliest 1900 to the 80s. A lot of information provided. The museum is outside and indoors. Highly recommended for aviation enthusiasts.

There are many aircrafts that deserve your viewing here (such as IL2 Sturmovik) but it's hard to deny that German WW2 Me-262 steals the show.

Very good museum with a good collection of soviet planes that would be hard to see anywhere west of this location. Warning: all the hangars close at 17:30, not 18:00. As others have said, finding the annex is not trivial and about 15mn away by foot. If you are short on time, it's skipable and you can concentrate on the main location. If you care about planes, plan 4H for a proper visit.

Very nice and interesting museum for people who pay interest at the old airplanes. You can enjoy to pass almost 2 or 3h outside and indoors of fews building. And the surprising thing that the entrance is free.

Awesome expo of historic, mostly military aircraft. Many of these I vividly remember from my childhood, it's like a dream walking around these machines, also a boys' dream "toyland". This hidden gem is away from Prague center where one finds the Czech Technical Museum with just a few aircraft on display. Small concession stand serves snack food and excellent draft beer. I think the dad, son & perhaps whole family will enjoy visiting this museum, I know I will again!

Giving 4 stars because exposition could be in a better condition. Pale paint, torn material amd damaged parts, oh well... Otherwise it is good place if you would like to know more about aircraft used in Czech Republic in 20 and 21st century. Note that parking is placed on the opposite side of the road from museum. Be careful with taking photos, some guards are too strict and won't let you take photo of your favorite jet. :/
