Have rented equipment from this shop twice this year. With the exception of one of the employees, who was very nice, the arrogance and general unfriendliness of the current equipment rental staff added a sour note to an otherwise pleasant experience both times. Sure you give up something for price, but some of the people working here would be better suited to jobs which do not include customer interaction, they just do not have the social skills for it.
Love this place. I come here every winter.
Great, the mountain steps are really nice and cool
V cyklo půjčovně naprosto nekvalifikovaný personál navíc neochotný cokoliv řešit. Kola mají nová relativně dobrá, ale servisní technik tomu asi moc nerozumí, takže je to 50/50 jestli se pod vámi kolo nerozloží. Kdyby se to však stalo, tak ještě všechno musíte zaplatit.

Naprosto boží zážitek! Od půjčovny až po lanovku všechno maximálně top!!! Přístup, služby, zázemí...... nevím co bych vytknul. Kolo bylo připraveno a v naprostém pořádku... vše proběhlo bez sebemenšího problému. Díky!
