I own the BeF Blanzek 700 aqua. This fireplace insert is great. Never had any problems. It heats up 100 m2 very nicely. It is hooked up to an open expansion vessel. Very easy to use. Very efficient.

I definitely DO NOT recommend buying any fireplaces from this company. I placed my order 22 weeks ago!!!!! and I haven't received my fireplace yet!!!!! I encountered really poor customer service from the Polish dealer - BeF Home Polska. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience purchasing a fireplace from this company.

I have bought BEF HOME AQUATIC WH V less than 1 year ago. In this first year I have two RMA cases with glass. For the second RMA case manufacturer offer to pay for glass 395EUR. In my opinion they have bad quality isolation between glass and metal.
