This is regarding the restaurant. My worse experience ever. Took 30mins for us to be able to order and from that moment it took exactly 1 hour and 37 minutes to meal to get to the table. Not only that but my ribs were half frozen. When confronting the waiter he lashed at us saying he didn't have 20 years working at a restaurant so we didn't know how it works. Not only they have horrific service but they also insult their customers. Just terrible.

Easily the worst experience I had after over 4 years in Czech Republic. People got deserts before their main dishes, frozen pork ribs, others waited 30 mins for a meal after others were served, we had to repeat orders, and when our Czech friend mentioned to a waiter how outrageous the service was, the waiter lost it and started to tell us that he knows how it's done since he's been in this business for 20 years. I'm skipping some other ridiculous events for the sake of keeping this review short. I'm amazed that this place isn't out of business yet

Hezké a čisté pokoje,skvěle jídlo.Milý personál.Jediné co by se dalo vytknout je neexistují žadné orientační šipky nebo nějaká cedulka,která vás navede z parkoviště do hotelu k zadnímu vchodu.Pro ty co jsou zde poprvé,je to celkem bádání.

Krásný hotel a pokoje,vše parádně opravené,jídlo výborné.Dokonce mi vycházeli vstříc,že nejím maso s ohromnými zeleninovými saláty k večeři místo výběru ze 4 jídel.Starala se o nás slečna Terezka v restauraci a když jsem ji poprosila o to,že máme týden po svatbě jestli by nevymyslela něco na stůl,k večeři nám dala na stůl krásný ubrus a 3 svíčky.Jedno malé bezvýznamné minus je v pondělí ráno hluk od 5 h z ulice,jelikož jsou kostky na náměstí a je to tu jako na Václaváku.Bowling a posilovna super.Nemám výtky ani můj drahý manžel.Ten spí jak zabitý auta neauta

Příjemné překvapení uprostřed Ledče ! Krásné moderní prostředí, čisto s útulno, milý personál. Steak přesně podle přání, vynikající příloha, jasných 5 hvězd, přijdeme určitě znovu.
