Wonderful glass ornaments from Czechia! I have ordered international shipping and everything came fast and in perfect condition. This is pretty much the only place I could find across whole Europe that still makes handmade glass decorations that look like they are from your childhood. They have also lot of modern looking decorations, but tons of classic non-glittered balls, figurines, hearts, bells, tree tops etc. And the price is unbeatable! The assortment they offer is for every taste. Glassor produces ornaments in collections which can help you a lot in designing your Christmas tree look. I warmly recommend this shop to everyone.

A complete and utter waste of my time! A couple of months trying to arrange s large international order and it all amounts to nothing!! I’ve been left bitterly disappointed and angry at the pathetic and lack of customer service!!! Hopeless communication...steer far away from this company!!! If not scandalous enough...the inconsistencies experienced with both staff (Veronika, Terezia) and management (Kateřina) is mind blowing and to add further insult to injury...I am told that we will try and rectify the problem by you paying to have the goods shipped by courier rather than their usual Czech Post and that I can pay the additional costs...thus would have to be the most unprofessional dealings I have ever experienced in years of dealing in business!!!!
Napadá mě, proč tu není alespoň 10 hvězdiček? Dnes mi přišel balíček s ozdobami na stromeček a slovo nádherné, je slabé. Čekala jsem, že budou krásné ale že až tak? Opravdu nádherná a precizní práce. Co kus, to originál a naprostý poklad. Krásně a pečlivě zabalené, rychlé dodání. Moc se těším na další rok, až zase nějaké objednám...
Krásný shop s vánočními ozdobami. Příjemný a ochotný personál. I když nic nekoupíte, stojí za vidění. Ručně malované ozdoby nejrůznějších tvarů, barev a designů.

Ich habe schon einige Male bei Glassor Christbaumschmuck bestellt! Es gibt hier keine Mängel! Alle Stücke sind Kunstwerke und die Qualität sehr, sehr gut. Auch die Verpackung erfolgt sehr sicher, liebevoll und vor allem zu normalen Preisen auch innerhalb der EU. Tschechisches Glas ist wirklich herausragend und ich möchte mich vielmals dafür bedanken!
Každý rok objednávám a každý rok jsou ozdoby krásnější než roky předešlé! Svěží moderní design, ozdoby vždy dorazí krásně zabalené. Doporučuji všema pěti! :)
