Very poor customer service: 1 out of 2 pots was broken, they were packed too tight and touching in parcel. Customer service replied it was not their fault and due to missing picture of outside parcel (discarded), they could not file complaint. CUSTOMER: 0, BONSAI CENTER: 1. Try at your own risk

Great place to buy your first bonsai. they will give you tips how to take care of it. the owner also holds variety of workshops. they have small \mini zoo\ and make sure to visit the cute gazebo at the top with a great view.
I ordered some bonsai trees on the website. The trees were shipped in in the Czech Republic on Monday and were delivered in good condition on Wednesday in Belgium. The trees look exactly the same as the pictures on the website. I am very satisfied with Bonsai center Libčany!
