Superb service and Recommended to everyone.. Why? - Smooth Delivery on time ( Email, SMS received one day before with time slot) - reasonable price ( most of the time, some discount also available) - Products are good and you can see expiry date online as well - Nice packing in banana box - fresh Indian fruits and vegetables at home in which I was missing earlier - Owner is one phone call away for any help and resolution - Mobile app is much faster.. Service was top notch and swift !! Tracking and updates regarding time and date of delivery was brilliant. The best part is the delivery person could speak English and called to inform me that he would be arriving in the next 2-3 mins. Message information about the orders being on the way was perfect. I have had purchased items from Dookan several times by now. I had been generally satisfied with their prices, customer service and shipping. However, the most recent experience was highly disappointing for several reasons. I had placed my order on 24.03.2021 for a group of items, including fresh mangoes. Several days after payment, i received a call from Dookan, stating that my order will be sent a week later since the shipment of mangoes were not sufficient to match the orders of the customers - they oversold it by mistake. On 05.04.2021, i received an email stating that the mangoes and a few other items were cancelled due to non-availability. I was subsequently refunded the money for the cancelled items and was told via email that the cancellation of mangoes was due to logistical issues. Finally, i did receive my order a few days later. All the items seemed ok, until the next day i heard back from my Slovak friend (part of my order was for him). He informed me that both the coconuts he ordered were completely rotten and inedible. I do understand that it's hard to gauge the quality of coconuts from outside. However, it left a bad taste in the mouth (literally and figuratively) for my Slovak friend and his two kids. I refunded my Slovak friend for the rotten coconuts and also informed Dookan (with photos of the rotten coconuts) about it - Dookan had reached back to me and graciously offered to refund the cost of the coconuts. Perhaps it's not Dookan's fault - the delays and rotten coconuts - however, it was a very disappointing shopping experience overall, unlike during the previous instances. I was satisfied with the customer service at the end. However, the two week delay and rotten coconuts had made the overall experience relatively disappointing.
Ordered Alphanso mangoes and other snacks.At the moment weekend delivery option is not available in Graz so packet was delivered by Post .Mangoes were packed nicely and good condition. Hope weekend delivery starts soon.
