The hotel doesn't look like a 4 star. Rooms without balconies and with small beds. The room has poor soundproofing, you can perfectly hear how people are talking in the next room. In addition, the hotel is located on a noisy street and the bars downstairs are open until 2 or even 4 at night, which may interfere with your sleep. Breakfast is poor. Parking on the street for a fee of 10 euros per day

Quite decent, rooms where fine but the TV didnt work (in the most expensive room btw) and the Breakfast was just nasty. Personal was kind and helpful, they didnt mind me taking my GF into my room everyday and even for overnight stays. Just for the kindness the 5 Stars, well deserved
Good hotel in public center of Ostrava, many pubs, restaurants around.I did not like only the pillow, one and very large, it is not comfortable to sleep. Accessible room is big with two beds.

Absolutely terrible and not professional service. Slow, not caring, not informed, begging to pay..other table left without paying and we should have done the same. Nice location with potential, very low-cost (young and inexperienced service). Terrible the owner don’t see it. Higher prices not adequate service. Sad.
