I want to give it two stars because, well, it's KFC. The food is good the staff are very friendly. About as friendly as a young person could be any working at KFC. The place is clean. There is an upstairs space but never really enough traffic to open the space. Just as in the US, folks don't spend time here. The seating is comfortable enough to enjoy your meal but nothing more. So don't plan on spending anymore time here than it takes you to eat...or eat then use the toilet.

We had hard time communicating with the staff in English. There are many seats available (most of them is located upstairs) making it easy to find one even in rush hours. The toilets are pretty clean considering the restaurant's location.
I am vegetarian , they do not have that option but they customized it for me, that was sweet. My bite in europe thanks to KFC.
Just the regular stuff like elsewhere. But it is great. I love BBQ sauce and coleslaw and chicken.
A typical KFC (in Europe), so clean, efficient and tasty. But it serves a purpose for all those who prefer chain fast-foods while traveling, as it seems to be the only such one in the Ostrava Old Town. Other chains like McDonald's or Burger King seem to be only in shopping malls in this city. And while some malls (like the Nova Karolina) are close to the Old Town, it's not the same as the worldwide brand you trust being right in the Main Town Square
