Useful workers. Great guitar selection.
Nice selection, decent prices but NO customer service. Staff doesn't greet customers or even acknowledge their presence in the store. Today I was the only customer in the store with 2 employees on duty. While looking at electric guitars for 20 minutes, I was completely ignored by the 2 employees. I left the store and ordered my new 700 USD guitar online. They lost a sale and a potential future customer. My advice, shop elsewhere!
Nice place in OSTRAVA, CZECH REPUBLIC to find all musical instruments under one roof.
Favorite music store in Europe. You can buy also everything online.
