The place, the towels and sheets are clean and tidy. The people is very friendly and professional and most of them speak english. The massage is one of the best I've ever tried in my life and was a big surprise to find an original thai massage in Ostrava made by real therapists from Thailand. After coming many times I ended up making some photos of the massage process. Absolutely recommended.
