I came to Ostrava during christmas and went to christmas markets in city centre. Mass transportation was catastrophic. Once per 20 minutes. Then street railway came absolutelly full driver dont even opened the door and left. No helping vehicles in this time. I literaly seen people which can't fit in with their baggage and missed their trains from main station because of that. One of worst czech republic public transport experiences
