It is a small museum with a beautifully collections of vagons, tram cars and buses. Tram cars are coupled in sets to capture the period of their long operating life (in some cases 60 years!). The museum has been declared a cultural heritage in 1998. If you want you can even rent a tram. The Prague Public Transit Company offer sightseeing tram rides with historical, T3 Coupe and Měsícek. The museum is open only during the WE and thursday afternoon and not in winter season.

One of the nicest public transport museums I've been to. It is small and not very rich in exhibits, but it is very interesting. I just didn't like that the visitor can't get on the trams, but it's still worth a visit.

An interesting view of the public transport evolution in the city of Prague and a lot of old bus. It is in good shape and all it says that is functional which make them really good. Bravo for the people who is taking care for all of this ages public transport bus and tram.

Fantastic museum, well worth the trip. Don't miss out on a ride on tram 41. 100 year old tram car on a line though the whole city which runs every hour at the weekends in the summer, it'll only set you back 35czk as well

If you like vintage trams that's the place for you! The oldest one is from 1900. And it works! They also keep two trolleybuses from the 1950s.

Very nice museum for short visit, You can visit here for hour, It's enough for my opinion. The entry was very cheap (50 CZK, something like 2-2.5 Euros or 8-9 ILS). Please note that the museum is open in Saturday and Sunday only.
