Bought shoes here. Both got ripped at the same place after one month because thread was weak. Brought it back, they rejected to get them back and return me money. They said, that I (somehow) ripped the forward part of both shoes by my toes. Unbelievable. I never had this. And also I will never go to Bata again. Customer experience was the worst across all my life.

Good shop, but not the service in child section(she needs to work in military store ;) But its not shop assistant fault completely, she is alone on the whole floor! Administration is not going good job!
Excellent shop. 5 or even 6 floors with different shoes for everybody. Good discounts. I bought Italian shoes there. It passed two months. My shoes are ok. Warm and comfortable) I'd like to have the second pair of shoes like those and to go all day long and not feel a thing)
Really big shop (5 or so floors) with a lot of choice for good quality shoes.
Large selection of things for everyone. On the 5th floor there is a good selection of shoes and suitcases
Excellent customer service of this very kind gent on the 4th floor. They processed my complaint promptly with a smile. I will be coming back for my next pair of shoes here again.
