Prague is amazing and this place is nice for Christmas where you can see many people and you may buy many different things. I do suggest it!! You will enjoy your time in the main square of Prague.

Very fast and efficient form of transport. Something that every bigger city should have.

This is an interchange station for lines A and B. Coming down from Wenceslas Square you'll come to the A (green) line first – for the B line (yellow) continue down the next set of escalators and follow the tunnel. New ticket machines which accept credit cards have now been installed inside the entrance, so don't worry about having to have coins with you. There are toilets in the vestibule, but they're not the cleanest, and in fact the whole vestibule area is pretty grubby and could do with a big reconstruction and clean up. The metro system, the platforms and trains are very clean and very safe.

May be the wrong place to post this but my wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our Month Passes at this station’s customer service area. The Mrs even purchased a shirt that depicts one of the street cars. Waiting for the man with the wine to vacate the photo booth was also entertaining. Take note that each service representative has their own skylight “tube” over their desk.

In the middle of Wenceslas Square, close to the old town Square and surrounded by hotels, restaurants and coffee shops, you can easily reach Wenceslas from Prague airport by bus no.119 then metro line A.

Mustek subway station, on Line A and Line B, change lines if required. This is the second closest subway station to the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge (the closest being Staroměstská). There are several entries and exits which are on the lower end of Wenceslas Square and surrounding area. Nice and clean, accessible to everyone.
