We rented a car from this place yesterday, last minute, just for one day. Konstantin was very helpful and fast, the car was ready in minutes. He also pointed us to a website to get an international drivers license, which was ready in about 15 minutes. Konstantin was very professional and friendly, and extremely helpful with everything. Also the location was very convenient, right next to out hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Konstantin at reception was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything in perfect English, and helped us get on the road quickly. Also- being from the US, I didn’t know I needed an international permit. He gave us a website to go to that issued me one in about 30 minutes- that was a huge help! Cars all in great shape as well.
Rented Skoda Fabia with my wife. We are very satisfied with the company, service and the car! Pleasant colleagues of the company explained every stuff which we asked. We will rent a car by this company next time being in Prague. Highly recommended!
The location is easy to find. And the staffs were friendly at the beginning when we contacted for the rental. But when we returned the car, they didn't say thanks or goodbye; everything was just a transaction. When they gave us the car, the guy didn’t check it carefully and just tried to get it done quickly. So when we returned the car, they found all kinds of reasons to charge us more, for example, crashes on the car which already existed, missing gasoline while we pumped it more than it was, all because of the mismatch on the original report. Luckily we have the proof of the gas level record to compare. We ended up didn't have to pay any extra as it turned out we didn't do anything wrong here. But it wasn't about money, but the inconvenience and delay in return process before we can catch the next train was what makes us feel disappointed. Recommend to take as much as a photo as of the car before you drive off. (Carlove didn't recommend us to do this when we picked up the car) About the car itself, we couldn't control the gear to reverse the car multiple times, it was extremely dangerous for us when driving. Especially when we have a small kid with us.

It was our first experience of car rental in Europe. We were made a booking in advance, approximately 1 month before our flight. \u2028We’d choose airport pick-up. Here comes the first surprise, the delivery guy meet us directly at the airport terminal to help us with the bags and walk to the car. I thought we would need to find some offices here, then take the keys, then go to the car, check it and only after that all drives. But we were shocked because of that personal attention. The delivery guy (or let’s say manager) showed us contract, explain all the rules of the insurance and specifics of local traffics. Child seat has been in the car (they give it for free!). So our trip starts as smoothly, as it should be. We took a car for 7 days of our’s 10 days Europe vacation. For 7 days we’ve been driving through all the Czech Republic, visited Austrian’s capital Vienna and even take a trip to Hallstatt - lovely mountain lake. On the last day we came to Carlove’s office in the city center. Here comes the second surprise, car drop-off takes around 5 minutes, not more! They had a look at the car and return us a deposit. A couple hours after the drop-off we were contacted by manager on the phone we were left in the car. Turns our that our’s daughter has dropped her phone between the seats. But guys found it even before we noticed! Well done! Thanks to Car love we had an unforgettable journey through Europe. Next time when we visit the Czech Republic, we will definitely choose Car love as a car rental company. Highly recommended!
I initially booked with Budget, then I found Carlove - so happy we chose to hire through them. Prompt communication, clear explanations, nothing lose in terms & conditions. Our car was dropped to us in Prague and then we met someone in Munich to pick up the vehicle. Slightly more expensive than Budget but peace of mind was there, prompt responses to emails - no concerns at all. Thanks very much.
