A good electronics store. Great variety and the staff really helped us. The only problem I had was that I did not find an specific item i was searching for, but the staff helped me ordering it. Nice place.
Oki so this place is a scam: 1. If you have an issue with a product from this shop they point you to Datart and Datart to Kasa.cz throughing the responsability around. Someone working there said they are actually the same company 2. Last year in may i bought a food processor. A few months back it simply stopped working so naturally i ask them what to do. They told me to send it my post office (of course i carried the box to the post office and paid the taxes) to a deposit. This place had no phone number or email and it was out of Prague. No one returned my calls or emails for WEEKS! Eventually i went to the shop and of course had to argue with them because otherwise they wouldn't care a bit. 3. Eventually after a few days they brought the robot back and it is STILL not working properly. So I ended up throwing it away as I do not have energy anymore to deal with this rude people. CONCLUSION: I paid 1200 Kc for the robot postal taxes hours of time wasted with this. My advice: buy from Alza. If something is broken you can return it to their shop and no need to pay for their mistake like i did. I am sorry to leave this review as usually i don't do this but people need to know how scam you are.

Complete scam ! I was looking for the best quality headphone with microphone they had and the seller told me to take a precise model \the best model\. When i bought it (40e) Their was no microphone !!! He told me that it was too late he couldn t take it back ...
