I have been coming to Manifesto Market for a year now and somehow missed this place. I wish I knew about it sooner! As an American, I can attest to the authenticity of the BBQ here. It is simply amazing. I would eat the pulled pork sandwiches and cheesy waffle fries here for the rest of my life if I could! Staff is super friendly, cheerful and helpful and they speak English too.

Absolutely delicious! We had the beef brisket. From the coleslaw to the waffle fries to the brisket itself. It was super tender! Plus the staff was super friendly and made you feel welcome.
Such an amazing place! The pulled pork is exceptional. I am not a huge meat consumer but with DDB's pork I was in heaven. Added a glass of Californian wine and you don't need more :-) Besides, the stuff is friendly and they will modify according to your needs, joking and smiling. I will definitely come back! Thanks!
Some of the best BBQ I have had in Europe. Feels like being in Texas really. Ribs are something special, pulled pork as well. Super friendly staff too !
Had a chance to taste Dirty Dog American Barbecue at the Manifesto Christmas Market and it is amazing!!! Issac & Eli are American and know their BBQ! We are also American and have had some amazing barbecue around the USA and this is some of the best I have had! Don’t hesitate to try Dirty Dog, your stomach will be so happy you did!
Good food, nice place. Would be nice to have smaller plates so that you could try all the restaurants. Now we have a food coma.
Located at the Manifesto food market between Karlin and the old town, you can fins this amazing American BBQ place. At first I was a bit skeptical since the stall is quite small, but after the first bite of the brisket I was blown away by how juicy and tender the meat was. Paired with a delicious side of sweet potatoe fries and beans, this meal was a highlight of our Prague trip. If we had more time we definitely would've come back :)
