Difficult review to give as Dr Stuchla is fantastic. Her receptionist team are rude, xenophobic and I am almost entirely sure she has no idea of their behaviour. She asked me to return once per year to monitor a situation I have. Three emails (all in Czech and English), two phone calls from Czech speakers and they refuse to give me an appointment. I am a professional person dealing with multi-national clientele and have never treated anyone or been treated in this manner in my life. The doctor should know what goes on behind her back.
