Good place to head to Karlovy Vary
Costumer service non existent, disgusting bus drivers say wait and then leave without you. All they do is smoke cigarettes and complain, they won’t even let you on your bus with a ticket, very low class I will be taking the train anywhere, absolute scam run by low class people.
Very good quality coach station. It's quite big but clean and very well organised. There are big information boards as well as signs over each coach park. Coach station is very well connected to trams, bus and metro station located nearby.
I took the night trip from Budapest to Prague on board Flixbus. It was great! They're also on time which is perfect.
Without doubt one of the worst trips I've ever had First of all the internet connection was very bad and most of the time was not working at all. Secondly, and more importantly, the chair was a nightmare. I can still feel the pain caused by it even though it's been more than 24 hours since the end of my trip. The power socket was working with interruptions. By being 1:20 hour late I have missed my next bus, having to make 2 new bookings in order to see myself back home and paying 5 more euro as a cancellation fee for the booking I've missed as advised by the driver. Really poor quality of the AC.
We traveled from Berlin to Prague and Everything went perfect! We booked the tickets through the website, everything was very well explained in the information. We arrived at the bus stop just 2 minutes before the departure (we were asked to be 15min before the departure), but it won’t be a problem. The bus departure late, not on time, but we arrived at Prague 10 minutes before it was expected, the bus was comfortable, with usb and toilet.
Firstly I had a ticket booked from Prague to Vienna at 6.40 AM. The bus finally arrived at 7.15 AM. After this, we stopped for over an hour without being notified of what was happening. When the driver finally told us that the bus had broken and that another bus would come for us, we stayed a long time inside the bus until the bus driver started YELLING at us in order to get out of the bus and put us all in a field in the middle of nowhere, instead of letting us stay inside the bus being warm and \comfortable\. We have been in this field in the middle of nowhere for over 2 hours. The huge delay has caused me and my companion miss several activities we had booked (and had paid for) in Vienna. Everything that has happened during this trip is simply unacceptable.
