Exceptional staff! Very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the lady who checked me in last night and to Barbora for assisting us with everything that we need. The room on the executive floor is nice and roomy. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Prague main station and tourist spots. The hotel is very quiet, barely any people. Partly due to the lockdown measures. I hope it will all return to normal soon so people can start travelling again and staff getting their jobs back.

The hotel itself is amazing. Beautiful building with even more mesmerizing interior. Our room was spacious, very clean, with a large screen TV and a very luxurious bathroom. The wellness/spa part of the hotel is a little bit of a let down. To be honest it was smaller than expected (or maybe my expectations were to high), but since we visited in the off-season, we were the only ones there, which was great. Best part of our stay was a rich breakfast buffet with a variety of cold options and you also order some warm breakfast items, that don't take long to be prepared and are very tasty! Last, but certainly not least, the staff is very professional, extremely helpful and kind and answers all your questions regarding your stay or even questions you might have about the city itself and surrounding monuments. The only serious down side is the fact that usually the nightly fee is high, but you're paying for the experience of a five-star hotel. So if it wasn't for the voucher we got through Slevomat, we probably wouldn't visit.
We arrived about 10 am from an overnight flight and we had paid for a “day rate” which enabled us to get in our room without waiting until 3pm. We slept so well in the comfortable bed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using the gym. On my birthday morning we were gifted with a complimentary bottle of champagne with breakfast. So great!
We were only here for one night, but really enjoyed our stay. Nice city hotel in a great location. The perfect starting point for a city tour, all sights are within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and modern, beds super comfortable. There is also a possibility to park.
A beautiful hotel in a great area, Old Town. So much to explore here. The hotel is a nice walk from the train station. Staff is outstanding. We got there a few hours before our room was ready, checked our bags and set off to explore.
Hilton when it is as it's best. Really good hotel walking distance from the old city center. Service was perfect. Breakfast was really good. Beds are so comfortable. Will definitely book this again next time I'm in Prag.
Enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the executive level/room and the room has 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 full and 1 powder room). Very clean and comfortable. There is Executive Lounge for breakfast too but I’d recommend going to the one downstairs if you prefer full breakfast (with freshly prepared omelet etc). Location is perfect to downtown attractions, restaurants, shopping.
