Really bad. Quite expensive for 24 hours. Bus is not on Time and was completely full. Have been waiting for 20 minutes and a full bus came, then we used uber. Save your money!!! But personal in bus was friendly, thats why i am writing a rating.

Do not waste your money. It is so hard to find the stops. They will drive you around and takes for ever for something you can walk on min. Not worth it. Transportation in Prague is excellent and super cheap.
Rip off.. please learn how to use the local forms of transportation, i.e trams and buses. You'll save a fortune and be able to catch a ride at more places and at any time, unlike this service, which stops at 5.30pm. and could leave you stranded.
Not very organized and some of the drivers drive too fast and don't even slow down for a chance to take a picture.
they write misleading things like "free castle tour" but the castle knows nothing about it. they only bring you to the territory of the castle itself (which is free anyways). not the best experience.
CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH!!!! Total Scam, waited at old town from 4:15 to 5. Nothing, went to desk and was lead to "boss" was basically told to F Off. Had to take cab. AGAIN FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!
Frequent buses, but: 1) they advertised a free castle tour, which was free for everybody anyway; 2) they advertised a free transfer to the airport, but when we got on the bus they said it was applicable during summer season only; 3) the quality of the explanations is not always good: in the red line it was extremely difficult to understand the Italian, it was machine spoken.
The worst experience. You spend more time waiting for the bus and info they give you is wrong. Dont spend your money on the orange hop on hop off
