Close to the public transport of Prague. Very well situated! Also very helpful staff and good English-speaking people. Very accommodating to tourists. Lovely breakfast every day!

We stayed for three nights in January on a Jet2 city break. The hotel and staff were 1st class... always keen to help. The breakfasts were superb and the one evening meal we had was excellent. We would love to go back when we have the time.
Really helpful and friendly staff. Charming place with a courtyard garden. Close to most places. 10 minute walk to Charles bridge. 1 minute to where I was working. The only reason I didn't give 5 was that my room was very small. It did have a double bed but I think I was given this room as I was alone. The bathroom was quite big though. Almost as big as the room. The only window was a skylight. The street is a bit noisy but this is not a bland 'could be anywhere' hotel where you are shut out of the world outside. Would definitely go back. But would ask for a bigger room.
I would like to share my horrible experience with this hotel. They removed my review before. They’ll probably remove this one too. I live in Canada and I booked my trip to Europe in January. I was supposed to travel end of May 2020. My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 and other hotels issued a FULL refund. Hotel Elite in Prague did not give me my money back. They ignoring my emails. This is unacceptable under these unprecedented circumstances! Hotel in Italy and hotel in Poland gave me my money back without any problems. I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated and in disbelief! That’s not the way to treat your customers. I booked 4 nights in this hotel and paid in full 774.46! My booking was cancelled because of the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, not because I changed my mind. They have no right to keep my money! This is outrageous!!! This is beyond unfair and greedy!

This hotel is awesome. It's halfway between Old Town Square and St. Charles Bridge but sets on a one lane one-way street AWAY from tourist mobs. Totally quiet. Slept like a rock all three nights. They will get you to & from airport for 30 each way. Staff is totally great and the AYCE breakfast will have you skipping lunch. In house bar, outdoor court.

We stayed at this hotel in February this year. It is located in a very convenient and quite place. Location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is always varied and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised when I got congratulated on my birthday. Thank you very much for your good job and great service!
