Hello, I want to share my own experience with that service centre. I poured water on my laptop before the week of my study, things were not going well. The same day (it was on Friday) I brought it there and they told me to wait until Monday, when diagnostics will be supposedly done. On Monday I didn't receive any calls, so I called them back just hear that they hadn't even started! At the end of the week, they found out that the laptop is beyond repairment. So it took them almost a week just to realize that it's broken. I still paid the fee of 900 crowns for cleaning and I received criticism from employees, saying that I had expected \too much\ from them. I highly don't recommend bringing anything to them, especially when it's an emergency thing.
