Lucerna is a nice complex of really picturesque and very beautiful architecture with a few hall in there. I've visited all of them and I can highly recommend it. But sorry about the Velký sál, but there is a sadly terrible air-condition, so if there is a couple more people it is impossible to breathe and the temperature is highly above the standard. So even if the experience from the concert is good, the final feeling is very bad. So you can visit it and look around but be careful about your health. I was very disappointed.

Lucerna is a tradition - the space with history which is waiting for a little bit of reconstruction but still having an unique atmosphere. Catering is usually weeker side of visit.
The venue is quite old and the common spaces in the lobby, wardrobe etc are narrow, a bit too tight for large crowds. I've been there for a concert and we had to wait a good while before being able to move to the exit after the event. But it's convenient and very close to city center. The main hall and the galleries are wide and comfortable, the visibility of the stage and the acoustics are very good.

Good sound and nice interior. But no air conditioning at all, you sweat before the concert even started. The heat let my mood drop down low, although the band did amazing. Also they use only single use plastic cups&bottles leaving an huge amount of trash. You can see it on the floor after the concert, it's ridiculous for such a big location to not have a cup deposit. I can absolutely not recommend this location, at least not for rock concerts.
Nostalgic place, always vibrant and vivid. The must for every musician to perform, the must for every art lover to visit at least once in a life. One star less in my view, just due to non-handicap-friendliness.
Generations have spent nights in Lucerna :)) It is way too hot there, selection of wine and food rather poor, but Lucerna is traditional place for “school dances” :))) And note that Pilsner Urquell is drafted only in one floor (bottom) - in other bars you will only get Staropramen.
Good stage just need to be able to find a good spot because there are a lot of pillars
