A good hotel for the price. I'd give it 4* not 5* as it only does breakfast and basic room service. Rooms are spacious and tidy with a good shower, but you need to be flexible to get on and out due to limited room. Staff were excellent and gave great advice for places to visit.

Very elegant hotel in the centre of Prague and accessible to the night life and sightseeing spots. Charles bridge, royal street, astronomical clock are all at a walking distance. Rooms are big, bathrooms spacious, lobby is big and the bar is most comfortable. Reception team is very welcoming and willing to listen. Breakfast spread is good and food is replenished fast. Tesco nearby for some comfort food. The shopping mall, tram and metro stops nearby makes this hotel most sought after.
I stayed at the hotel last week, Great location, pretty central to Old town and New town within walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean, bathroom was clean, and everything was updated / renovated, nice modern furniture and cabinetry. The breakfast was nice, pretty standard but tasty, and convenient to have a bite before leaving to explore the city Would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is seeking a nice hotel in the city center

I recently stayed there for 3 nights and loved it. Before booking I was a bit put off by its low google and tripadvisor rating and complaints about its outdated rooms. But I decided to give it a try since it seems it has been recently refurbished, and the experience is amazing. Very elegant hotel with very new and lovely rooms. Close to everything including a modern shopping centre next door. A very good model of Nespresso machine in the room with free capsules. Breakfast is amazing too (they even have delicious self-service ice cream trolly). Staff is very friendly and helpful, carrying my luggage to my room and greeting me everyday when I went in and out. Highly recommend everyone to stay there when they are in town.
Beautiful, cozy, clean 5 star hotel! Great breakfast and service. The rooms are not big, but comfortable enough. There are toiletries in the bathroom, bathrobes, bath sandals, even shoe cleaning sponges. Complementary water and coffee are available in the room as well. You’ll get the help you need for tours and transportation. lots of stores around for anything you may need. BEST LOCATION!
