Jan assisted me with a relationship visa. My partner and I are both experienced with paperwork, but it was extremely helpful to use their services. Jan knows all the tips and techniques. It’s difficult to summarize in a few words the quality of service that I received from Jan and Daria. To call it ‘excellent’ would be clichéd, and won’t entirely convey what it actually was for me. I am an Indian, and getting a Business visa for me was not at all an easy task. It took a long time- 1 year, 9 months and 19 days to be precise- but Jan and Daria were with me throughout this test of patience. Except for one meeting in Prague, the entire process was completed long distance- with me in India and them in Prague. That itself is an evidence of their capability and competence. In the initial months, I mainly corresponded with Jan. We exchanged countless emails as my queries were endless, but Jan answered them always. If he felt exasperated, he never once showed it. Jan was always transparent ; even before I signed up with them, he gave me a true picture of the Czech system, the way things work there. No misrepresentation, no ambiguities. You can really trust him for he knows what he is talking about. Above all, Jan is a true gentleman. After I got my visa interview, Daria took over. She is veritably a walking encyclopedia on the visa process, and you can rely on her completely. If you have a question, she has an answer. If there’s a glitch in the process, she has a solution. Moreover, her sense of responsibility is amazing. Just before my visa got approved, she checked the status of my trade licence every single day for one month.
