Super friendly and professional. They fixed my hockey gloves nicely and I had a complex repair on my suitcase that has to be done urgently before vacation, no problem for these professionals. Bring a Czech speaking person with you or use Google translate.

Honestly I have no idea what I paid 1500 CZK for... I brought in 2 handbags and a pair of shoes to be cleaned. None are clean and their excuse is that they \only clean leather\ which I guess is supposed to taken in the most literal sense possible, as apparently they do not clean the rubber soles of shoes, shoe interiors, handbag interiors, or any metal bits, zippers, etc. It's also a total lie because their website says differently, hence why I even brought my stuff in to begin with. They seem to have arbitrarily picked a few spots on my handbags to paint over, while leaving others. Bags interiors are still grimey and metal clasp is still sticky. An absolute joke and waste of money. Could have wiped the exteriors clean myself and would have had the same result. My fault for having any faith in the customer service in this city.
