I've been going there for years. Even got the VIP card which means they give you a better exchange rate. Everything was fine untill the August 2020. They stopped giving a better rate when I gave them my VIP card and their excuse was we don't have time for a vip exchange rate which was the only reason I went to that exact exchange office. Not changing 1 untill I get the reply
